The Art of Letting Go with Taylor Lawrence
- Join us for a magical, mystical experience that combines breath, movement, and quantum play with a sacred container for women to share and express their experiences with Letting Go.
- We will create a space for healing through the lens of community connection and nervous system balance. We will tend to our Grief and witness ourselves and each other as we move vulnerably through our shadows. Taylor will lead us to tune our frequency towards letting go of what we need to and illuminating the actions that we need to bring it into form.
- This will be a sacred ceremony that allows us to feel and move through our feelings in a safe space of presence, non-judgement, and ritual.
- We will also enjoy tea together and create an altar that will draw on the elemental nature of our Lives. Please feel free to bring in special items to set upon our group altar.
